He currently serves as President of the IIBA Nigeria Chapter, where he leads the Chapter’s vision to strengthen the business analysis profession across Nigeria and beyond.

As President, Temitope is committed to building platforms that elevate the visibility, competence, and impact of Business Analysts — driving initiatives that connect global standards with local realities. Through strategic leadership, he fosters professional development, cultivates industry partnerships, and champions innovation that positions Nigerian BAs at the forefront of business transformation.

Previously serving as Director of Professional Development and Events at IIBA Nigeria, he created impactful programs — from workshops and seminars to networking and mentorship opportunities — that continue to shape the careers of hundreds of professionals.

Outside IIBA, Temitope is the Innovation and Competence Lead at RHASE Consulting, an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider. There, he has been instrumental in developing and coaching thousands of thriving Business Analysts and professionals across multiple industries, ensuring they are equipped with both global certifications and practical skills for success.

Simisola Alabi is a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at Bluechip Technologies, with a strong track record of leading digital transformation initiatives across fintech, oil & gas, telecoms, and consulting. With core strengths in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and solution delivery, she brings structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to every project she leads.

Simisola is passionate about mentoring the next generation of business analysts and creating spaces where professionals can learn, grow, and thrive. She is committed to strengthening the business analysis community through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and consistent professional development opportunities.

Currently, I serve as Director of Sponsorship with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Nigeria Chapter, where I lead strategic partnerships and sponsorship engagements to strengthen the global business analysis community for the Nigeria Chapter.

With almost 2 decades of HR experience across multiple industries, I have led people and organisational strategic transformation initiatives. In my corporate role, I am Head of HR – Food Commercial, Supply Chain, Industries, Corporate & Services at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, supporting leadership in delivering people & organizational strategies that power a $1bn+ business ambition. Previously, I spent 11 years at Accenture Nigeria, rising to Country HR Lead, and have consistently championed HR innovation, design thinking, and business transformation.

Recognized as one of the Top 10 Influential Female HR & Talent Managers in Nigeria (Nairametrics) and Top 100 Women Impacting Africa, I have also been featured in global platforms for my thought leadership. Taiwo Popoola is a seasoned ICT professional with about two    decades of work experience across engineering and ICT sectors. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with multinationals like Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia, during which he served in different capacities on projects and currently as ICT Program Director with Ericsson. He has successfully led several complex, multi-million-dollar Digital Transformation projects and programs across Middle

East & Africa. These projects transverse multiple sectors like ICT, Banking, FinTech, Transportation, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Agricultural, Services, Engineering and Healthcare industries. He is people-oriented, and experienced in leading diverse teams across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific Regions to successfully deliver mission critical strategic initiatives and recover troubled projects.

 

He is big on governance, compliance and risk management and has been in the business of managing client journey across different terrains in multiple domains: Radio Access Networks, Transmission Network, Charging & Billing System, FinTech, Core Network & Management, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Artificial Intelligence, and Enterprise Business. He is an international keynote speaker, panelist and guest speaker at several conferences, across the world. He is passionate about continuous learning and has success stories from over 20 professionals across the world that he has guided to achieve their career-changing certifications.
